Service is extension of sales, service quality not only reflect corporate management level, but also affect whether users could operation equipment normally. So service is priority of our company various job. We not only establish complete service system, but also organize one capable service team, to ensure pre-sales, sales, after-sales service. If we have the honor to become your company's equipment suppliers, our service would more complete and considerate. We would make commitment as follow:

FIRST. Pre-sales Service

1. Before service stations choose equipment, we would supply detailed introduction for function different and common point about different models, supply corresponding technical base for users. So service station could choose equipment according to its actual condition.

2. According to the model choose, supply site and air supply requirement to users, and supply site instruction when workshop under construction.

3. Adopt tel and fax as two types consult method, reply to the problem at any time, master schedule on time. Before equipment arrive at service station, local salesman would visit one time, further to complete pre-sales service.

SECOND. Sales Service

1. After we get delivery release, we would inform all departments to prepare well before delivery, such as to make sure logistics mode, arrange debugging and installation staff. The item should be finished within two days. Main logistic mode is automobile transportation. We support installation, debug equipment freely, and training staff for service station at site. More detailed information please see training agreement and training standard.

2. After goods arrived at assigned place, users have to open box for check when our staff at site, if goods and list couldn’t correspondence, or equipment damage seriously, water seepage etc. Please inform us by fax within 8 hours, or else, it would be regarded that the goods is accepted by user and the quantity of goods is correspond with list and intact. We would inform user about the result within 8 hours after receiving telex.

THIRD. After-sales Service

1. We will provide one-year quality warranty, during warranty period, any tel or fax from users for equipment quality, we would arrange service station staff for door-to-door service within 24 hours, except remote region (Xinjiang, Qinghai, Inner Mongolia, Xizang etc).

2. Establish completed user call-back system, and make record for satisfaction, to know about equipment operation situation by telephone to users every three month, and make record. Arrange regional representative visit client at least two times once year.

3. There would at least twice technical lecture for staff training every year for users’ turnover and other reason. Technical lecture is free except travel expense and accommodation cost afforded by user.

4. Besides quality warranty period, we also would supply lifetime service. Except service staff travel expense, we only charge accessory cost.
